PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. IT IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT GOVERNING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU, THE CUSTOMER, AND ROGER THAT ROLL-OFF, LLC.
By placing your order, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree to the terms & conditions, please feel free to call us to discuss your concerns.
All equipment delivered is property of Roger That Roll-Off, LLC; however, the customer is responsible to take care of the equipment once in the customer possession. Any damage or loss of the equipment while in customer possession is solely the customers responsibility.
Excess landfill charges, or any improperly loaded container rests solely upon customer. Overweight dumpsters are subject to a fee $40.00 per ½ ton (1000lbs.). Dumpster must be loaded evenly and level full. Any container that does not meet these guidelines may be subject to an extra charge and reloading fee.
Propane tanks, mattresses, box springs, wet paint, batteries, tires, tractor tires, drums, hazardous materials, fuel tanks, oil of any kind unless organic. If you cannot drive down the road with it legally, chances are we cannot either, always feel free to call if you have any questions about what can go in the container. Unacceptable materials may be returned to you at your cost or additional charges may be added. When tires or mattresses are disposed of in the container without prior written approval customer will be charged an additional $50.00 per tire or mattress or box spring.
Dumpster will be delivered to the site as instructed by Customer (Customer is responsible to ensure placement of dumpster does not violate any applicable laws or regulations). Customer is responsible to provide adequate access to the delivery site. The customer is responsible for any fines, damage done to driveways, sidewalks, walls or underground utilities resulting from the placement and removal of dumpsters. A driver may refuse to place dumpster if deemed unable and the customer may incur a dead run fee. If the driver cannot deliver the dumpster for any reason not in the control of Roger That Roll Off LLC a dead run fee will be charged. The dead run fee is $125.00. Lastly the initial allotted time to load the dumpster is 14 days. In the event you need more time an additional fee of $7.00 a day will be charged to the account.
Cancellations should be made 24 hours prior to estimated delivery time, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation less than 24-hour notice.
Customer must schedule pick up either at the time of your order or when you are done with the dumpster.
A 2.5% fuel surcharge is added to the price of the dumpster and any overages.
